August 09 I completed (Only just!!) the London Triathlon where I raised £410 for 'Help for Heroes' charity which does fantastic work for injured servicemen and women around the owrld in particular in Afgan, I then completed another triathlon a few weeks later in Windsor.

Next year I am planning to step it up a little by competing in the Windsor 'Olympic' distance Triathlon in June where the distances are doubled (1 mile swim, 40km bike ride and then 10km run) all to raise funds for this worth while charity so please dig deep as the pain I will be putting myself through will need to be worth it.
