Simon Adams/Father Abraham Campaign 2010 - 2011 · 31 December 2011 ·

Motor Neurone Disease moves fast. It takes away time, it takes away independence and it has no cure. Every day we support people affected by MND. We fund ground-breaking research. We campaign for better care. We’re here for everyone who needs us. Because with MND, every day matters.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

A friend of mine, Simon Adams, was diagnosed with the incurable Motor Neurone Disease in October 2009, just two weeks after his 46th birthday.

Soon after that he set out a list of things that he wanted to do with the short time that he has left. www.fatherabraham.co.uk will give you the details. One of the items on his bucket list is to raise £1 million for M.N.D.A. specifically to go towards research.

One of the events that has been organised is a group of his friends are running the plymouth half marathon. I have got a place and will be lining up on 30th May to complete the course (probably walking most of it because of an injury that has prevented me from having enough preparation)

Please help me to raise £1000 by donating through this just giving website.
