I’m raising money for Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice because they cared for a good friend Jeff (Skips) Gibbons in the last few weeks of his life earlier this year. I’d known Jeff for nearly 30 years and in all that time he was one of the most supportive and generous people you could ever meet. Before Jeff became ill he had been a big supporter of the hospice so it feels only fitting that I do my bit for such a great organisation.

 

On June 30 I will be participating in Ironman Austria which consists of

                                  3.8km (2.6 miles) Swim

                               180km (112 mile) Bike ride

                                  42km (26 miles) Run.

I hope to complete this in under 14 hours.
