Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Between the 12th and 16th May 2010, I will be attempting along with my friend and work colleague Rick Charman to cycle from London to Paris in order to raise funds for the Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign . The main reason for this is to support Rick whose partner Petrea has undergone extensive treatment and received incredible care and support from the Royal Marsden during her battle with cancer. I also have been touched by the illness losing two members of my family only last year and I'm sure that all of you have some connection in one way or another. I can also say that Rick has fought the illness which makes this journey all the more poignant.

Over the next few months I will be preparing for the trip and will provide regular updates. Your support during this period will be greatly appreciated. It therefore remains for me to ask that you consider contributing to the fund raising process via my Just Giving Account and I thank you in advance for your support.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Many thanks,

Andy
