This year I will be stepping up a mark and running 13.1 miles in the Leeds Half Marathon (just over TWICE the distance).  This is on Sunday morning 9th May 2010 for Yorkshire Cancer Research.  Last years time for the 10k was 48 mins and 50 secs ... I will therefore be pleased with anything less than 2 hours for the Half Marathon!!!
