BOSS BEHIND BARS – RAISING FUNDS FOR THE SMILE FOUNDATION
HELP! I have been charged with of a series of dubious crimes submitted to the Smile Trial Judge by my colleagues... I have been summoned to appear at The Old Magistrates Court on Wednesday 24 February 2016 where my charges will be read and my defense heard. I am therefore asking for charitable funds to secure my release and see me walk free.
Charities across Hull & East Yorkshire will benefit from a number of unique arrests which will take place in Hull on Wednesday 24 February. With the boot firmly on the other foot, high profile legal representatives from two of Hull & East Yorkshire’s leading law firms will stand trial and have their fate decided as part of an innovative fundraising initiative.
With the support of The Old Magistrates Court, Humberside Police and Hull Prison, the legal bosses will have their fate decided by a jury of school children in an educational mock trial at the Old Magistrates Court within the Guildhall.
If found guilty of their crimes, the bosses will be sentenced by the judge to a term of imprisonment at Her Majesty’s Pleasure until sufficient bail money is raised for charity.
How will your donation help?
As well as releasing me! Your donation will help The Smile Foundation continue their fantastic work supporting small local charities across Hull & East Yorkshire. Since the charity was set up 6 years ago, it has generated over £1,500,000 of support to the local community and helped over 500 charities and community groups to grow. From providing a child’s end of life facility; much needed respite breaks to families and individuals in need; to increasing overall awareness of small local charities through websites and promotional literature and sustainable funding ideas - these are just some examples of the work the Smile Team does.
Your support will help to provide much needed funds and resources to worthwhile projects across Hull & East Yorkshire. If you feel you can help to secure my release and support the Smile Foundation you can
