Well I completed the Marathon in a time of 3 hours and 38 minutes.Went really fast for first half-marathon then got a bit tired at 15 miles!  The last ten miles was a real slog.

Since the Summer, I've cycled across Britain, ran a half-marathon  in Ramsey and done a 10K race.  I have also entered something called the Fireman's Run which is running through the streets of Ramsey in the dark. So training is going well, despite summer colds and a slight injury.
