Story

Prior to my own journey into the unknown world with Karen, I am going to do one last thing for my future - clamber up Ben Nevis to support Dad in his own journey into the unknown; supporting research into prostate cancer treatment.

My aim is to reach the summit of Ben Nevis on 6 February 2010.  A feat in itself in the harsh environment of the Scottish mountains.  If we reach our £500 target, I will personally add 50% of this figure.

Thanks for all your support.  An update with photos will be provided in the week commencing 8 February 2010....

***************************************************************UPDATE!!!!*******************************************************

At 1pm on 6th February 2010, I was the highest naked man on UK soil.

See all the photos I have added.  I made the target (and just above).  Thanks for all your support!

About the charity

The Prostate Cancer Research Foundation has two aims, the first to promote independent worldwide research into all aspects of prostate cancer; and the second to spread the crucial knowledge gathered from that research as far afield as possible, via an internationally recognised forum, attended by the world’s top prostate cancer experts. The Prostate Cancer Research Foundation is also the home of the Bob Monkhouse ‘Give a few bob’ campaign www.giveafewbob.org.
