Update: I was supposed to be doing the Brighton Half but managed to get Covid. Instead I have signed up for the Worthing Half on April 30th. Roll on two more months of training!

Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team is one of the busiest in the UK with an annual callout rate of over 220 incidents. Based in and around the Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) area the team is made up of about 50 volunteers from all walks of life who are all experienced mountaineers. 

Last year I was involved in one of those incidents, and the Mountain Rescue Team did such an amazing job. If you don't know the story ask me about it sometime.
