I'm cycling with a friend from Morecambe to Bridlington over two days on the 17th/18th September. A total of 170 miles.

The first day is mostly uphill and we will be doing a total of 77 miles, The second day should be a little easier as it is mainly flat but a total of 93 miles.

I'm hoping to raise money for Help For heroes.

A couple of years ago we did another bike ride for the same charity and raised £1000.
