This year, I'll be running the Great Manchester Run, my first official 10K. In the process, I hope to raise money for a local charity that I've been a trustee for since September of last year. Proud and Loud are doing great work to raise the awareness of disability and do so through thought provoking performances from the perspective of people living with a disability. 

However, like all charities, they rely on donations to operate which is where hopefully you come in.
