Story
“I've finished the Puthey 1/2 marathon with two other school dads Miguel and Chris to raise money for a fantastic local charity called Small Steps. They provide therapy and support for disabled children, and helped my own daughter Alice who has hemiplegia.
Small Steps helps children with special needs, aged from birth to 5 years, to work on all areas of their development. The children have cerebral palsy, or other forms of motor impairment, syndromes or sensory impairment and need extra stimulation and assistance to help them reach even the most basic milestones. The Small Steps team of therapists lead both parents and children through a structured programme designed to help each child achieve individualised developmental steps. The work of Small Steps is inspirational and I'd be really grateful for your support. Small Steps is a free service and receives no statutory funding, so is solely dependent on charitable grants, fundraising and donations. Every little bit donated will make a big difference! Thank you. ”
