On July 1st  this year, just one day before the Tour starts I will be cycling the Grand Depart or first stage of the Tour de France which in 2022 is in Copenhagen Denmark... It is a flat 183km stage taking in the Fjords of Holbaek Lammerfjord and Inderbredning before finishing on the Great Storebaelt Bridge, then travelling home to run in 24hr trail run doing as many 8km laps as i can in 24hrs starting Midday 2 July...
