During the first six months of 2018 we will be supporting Chris Daniel and his TACX Virtual World Ride For Rity by taking on three endurance challenges for Bowel Cancer UK: riding a combined 200 virtual miles on a TACX Neo Trainer alongside Chris, undertaking a 25 mile coastal walk along the south Wales coastal path and finishing off with a 100 mile bike ride from Cardiff to Brecon and back.

With a combined age between us of 180+ years these challenges will stretch each of us, but we are committed to doing our bit and pushing ourselves to the limit for the benefit of others. Our efforts are nothing in comparison with our friend Chris who will be in the saddle for over 6 months riding 18,000 virtual miles around the world!

Riding and walking every mile we have one goal, that being to raise money for Bowel Cancer UK in memory of Rita and the many people, including family and friends, who have lost their battle with cancer.  Please support us and dig deep, every £1 counts and will be welcomed. Together we can make a difference to those who are going through treatment and fund valuable research to help eradicate this terrible disease.
