Hi

My name is Andrew Gregory, I am 48 years of age and have been having my own personal battle with Bowel Cancer for the last 2 years. I have had 3 operations, radiotherapy and currently I am on an indefinite course of Chemo.

My illness is currently classed as terminal but I am keeping fit and hoping and waiting for a cure to be found and there are lots of reasons to be optimistic with all the advances in cancer treatments that are being made.

I am not after any form of sympathy as I am actually feeling fit, strong and positive but I want to raise as much money as I can to help improve peoples lives affected by this Cancer. The Charity I am supporting is 'Beating Bowel Cancer'. 

My first step towards this is arranging a Charity Golf Day at The Grove, Watford on Tuesday 13th March when we are hoping to raise £20,000.
