The event takes place on the 18th of June and will keep you all updated as my training ramps up and at 45 just praying my body holds out :-)
Just in case your unsure what a 70.3 involves well here is the low down IRONMAN 70.3 Staffordshire consists of a 1.2-mile swim in Chasewater reservoir and a 56-mile bike course through the stunning countryside outside Lichfield, Burton-upon-Trent, and across Cannock Chase area of outstanding natural beauty.
