On the 28th May 2023 I will be taking part in a Run 6km, Bike 25km triathlon for the Wallace and Gromit’s Grand Appeal charity. This charity is close to my heart as they helped save my grandsons life when he collapsed as a result of an undiagnosed heart disease in May 2022. At 16 days old he had emergency surgery via Cath lab on his heart & at 11 weeks he underwent open heart surgery, thanks to the consultants and surgeons at Bristol children’s hospital we have our beautiful, thriving little grandson. Without them we wouldn’t have him. Please take the time to read my story & donate to an amazing cause, these people are absolutely extraordinary
