As you all know Ty Hafan Children's hospice has played a big part in mine and my family's life for many years and has given us tremendous support.
Over the years I have taken part in numerous fundraising events from the London marathon,3 peaks challenge,nude calender and football tournaments,but this year I take on my biggest challenge.
Along with other Ty Hafan dad's we aim to climb the 5 highest mountains in North Wales then travel down to climb the 5 highest mountains in West Wales then cycle 52 miles from Brecon to Cardiff Bay and all with 55 hours.
