Toby Waller, and I (Andy Bowden) are attempting to run the MK Half Marathon for 'Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation' in memory of the late and great Jean Bowden. 

Eventhough all participants were athletes in their day, quite frankly, we're really out of shape now!
