Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
Hello, I am Andreas. I have helped raise money on a small scale before but, on this occasion I hope to raise more this time round with your help,
Why have I chosen the NACC The National Association for Colitis and Crohn's Disease? - because I was diagnosed with Crohn's at eleven years of age and know how debilitating this condition can be.
In the UK Ulcerative colitis affects up to 120,000 people and Crohn’s Disease affects approximately 60,000 people.
Each year between 6,000 and 12,000 new cases of Colitis are diagnosed, whilst between 3,000 and 6,000 new cases of Crohn’s disease are diagnosed.
For anyone who would like full information on these conditions please refer to the NACC official web site.
In closing, the events in which I am participating are as under, and all and any donations no matter how small will be most gratefully received on behalf of the NACC.
