Having joined the parkrun family and more recently Lliswerry runners I'm amazed that I'm now about to start my 1st ever half marathon. Believe me, for someone who couldn't run a few miles not so long ago I really can't wait.

My 1st half marathon will be a challenge, I know it won't be easy, but there will be thousands of people running with me and thousands more facing a daily battle with cancer.
