Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Here is my story & reason why:- 

My name is Andrea, im 34 & I have recently spent 6 weeks in hospital with liver failure (caused by an auto-immune condition). It was very unexpected and in all seriousness life threatening. Despite Kings College Hospitals attempts to fix my liver it was decided that I needed an urgent transplant. Within about 40 hrs of this decision being made they found me a liver and after an 7/8 hr operation I had my new liver.

I am extremely lucky and I so grateful that this amazing person has given me the gift of life. I am trying to raise awareness of such an important cause and am going to organise a day to raise money for Kings Liver Department.
