I am taking part in the Big Fun Run on Sat 6th October to raise funds for Lega Pro Animale via AISPA. My Lega dog Asia has been my faithful training partner but because she is now in her senior years the FunRun would be too much for her so she will be 'woofing' me over the finish line!

Many of you know Lega Pro Animale is an animal welfare charity close to my heart after spending time alongside the LPA team while I lived in Italy. Dorothea Friz and her team of vets and support staff work tirelessly, often in soaring temperatures, spaying and neutering cats and dogs so the stray population will naturally diminish. They also visit schools and deliver interactive lessons to pupils educating them about responsible pet ownership an the importance of sterilisation.
