Edward's Trust are a small charity based in Birmingham that specialise in helping families who have either lost a child or have children that have lost a parent. As many of you know our beloved Lee Hanstock died suddenly on 30th December 2015 devastating all of us and leaving our four babies without their Daddy. Edward's Trust are helping me try to help them and I want to give something back. 

A group of wonderful friends persuaded me to enter a Triathalon and the focus on training for this has helped me not think about life for a few hours a week.
