Hi there people, I'm doing my bit for charity this year by running the Inverness Half Marathon (by myself might I add) for St Vincent's Hospice which is a hospice based in Howwood which provides palliative care and support for the people of Renfrewshire. It ended last year £100,000 in the red so we've all got to do everything we can to make sure it get's back to black! It's near my new home from home Paisley and I hear nothing but good things about it so that's why I have chosen it.
