We provide help and hope to everyone living with dementia.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in this event as I want to help as many people as possible who have just been diagnosed with dementia.I have seen just how devastating this can be for an individual as well as their entire family. Currently, there are 700 000 people living with dementia in the UK and numbers are on the rise. We can all help support the Alzheimers Society, who are the leading care & research charity in the UK, for people who are living with dementia.

Any donation that you give will be making a huge difference & I am sure it will leave you feeling amazing too.

At the end of the day, we are all people offering a helping hand to other people who need it!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now!

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.
