Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I’m hopping out of a plane for homelessness because it’s one of the most personally challenging things I could think of to do in order to inspire donations for Caring in Bristol. The money raised will help fund activities, interventions and resources to help the homeless and those at risk of homelessness including young people and people with mental health needs. I've volunteered for the charity for over three years and know first hand of the important work that the organisation does and the difference it makes to the city.
As well as supporting a brilliant cause, you should also feel reassured that this will truly be a personal challenge for me to overcome and that I've always been petrified of being a few feet off of the ground let alone jumping out of a plane! Naturally my suffering in lieu of your kind donations will be well and truly worth it and the experience will be recorded so you get to see me doing my best 'OMG I'm at 20,000 feet' scared face ( I can't promise not to cry). I've been told that this is a once in a lifetime experience - so please help me to make it happen on the 11th April 2015.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Thanks again for supporting me and everyone who benefits from Caring in Bristol - lets tackle homelessness together.
