LBDI 2022 · 16 May 2022

Our LBDI campaign this year focuses on uniting women leaders and those who empower women to continue to spark real change in the Charleston community.

Story

The Junior League of Charleston is the oldest womens training and volunteer organization in the Lowcountry. Our work is unique in that we collaborate with local organizations to address urgent needs in the community. Our mission focus of training women leaders ensures sustainable solutions and impact in every area of life. From providing Milk Stations during the Depression and sending women to train on a national level in the 1930s to distributing hundreds of thousands of diapers through the JLC Diaper Bank and training over 2,000 women, the JLC is impacting the social, economic, health, and educational fabric of the Tri-County region. Help us continue to improve the Charleston area with Head, Hands, and Heart. I am asking for your support in my LBDI advocacy; I know you value the importance of empowering women. Your support will help the JLC continue to Build a Better Community
