Gareth and I are aiming to remain alcohol free for a one month period throughout October. Mitochondrial disease took the life of our cousin Ian, 12 months ago. He was 31 years old. His brother Martin, 30 years old, is currently in intensive care fighting the same battle that his brother fought so bravely.
