In a moment of madness I decided to sign up for the Paris Half Marathon.  The Eurostar is booked....the intensive training has begun..... and on Sunday the 7^th of March I will be doing my best Paula Radcliffe impression (minus the loo stop) and pounding (more like panting!) around the streets of Paris.

I’ll be running for an amazing charity based in East London called Step Forward.  This independent charity who Sir Ian McKellen is Patron, provides young people with free & confidential services ranging from counselling for sexual abuse to working with young people to improve their ability to manage their own finances.  Also In partnership with the NHS, Step Forward hosts a weekly sexual health clinic. This provides free access and information to advice and support about sexual health.  

Step forward needs to raise over £270,000 a year to maintain this vital service to over 1,700 to young people in crisis, so please dig deep any donations would be greatly appreciated.
