On the 8 September 2019 I will be running the Great North Run.

I am running to raise money for the charity 4louis which have provided support to my amazing friend and her brave family who have gone through something that no family should ever have to.

Those of you who know Kim, Darrell and Isla all know how much they have experienced this year and how strong they have remained throughout. It really is amazing.

David and Alex were born on the 15 October 2018. I am running in memory of baby Alex.

4Louis is a charity established in December 2009, following the stillbirth of our own son Louis, to provided tailored memory boxes to various hospital units and hospices across the UK and Ireland. These are provided for families who suffer the trauma of miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal/infant loss, and the death of a child up to the age of 16. We also support midwives and nurses with other vital equipment such as moses baskets, cuddle cots, camera equipment, and support with bereavement suites. 4Louis can also take part in your study days as speakers and can even fund study days if required.
