All of us have been involved with cancer whether it be in the past, present or undoubtedly the future. This is why it is important that we support those charities that try to alleviate the pain and distress that this awful disease causes.

I’m running the Great South Run along with a team of valiant athletes (em, well not quite) on 30 October 2011. We are trying to raise as much money as possible for Macmillan Cancer Support using JustGiving and we'd all really appreciate your support.
