Losing a loved one is a painful and life-changing experience. Edward's Trust is a Birmingham-based charity which provides support for people coping with loss, including children who have lost a parent or sibling, and parents who have lost a child.

I am running to raise money for this charity because I believe that caring for those who are left behind after a bereavement is extremely important. It can be a lonely time for individuals and families as they begin their journey of coping without their loved one; Edward's Trust makes sure that they can access the help they need to move forward.
