At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

In 2015 my Granddad was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and I would like to raise as much money for this charity as possible enabling them to help find a cure. It's not a nice thing for anybody to go through for the person themselves and for their families.

My Granddad continues to surprise me at the ways he deals with Alzheimer's and the coping strategies he has in place enabling him to get through on a day to day basis. So proud to call him my Granddad!
