Supporting Liverpool, and football in general, was a huge part of Ross and I's friendship.

One of the highlights of our shared love for Liverpool was, of course, the 2019/20 Premier League-winning season. We constantly talked about the football and it kept us close during a tough year. The day after Ross' 21st birthday, Liverpool won the league, which meant the world to both of us. I'll always be glad he got to experience something so important to him.

It felt only right to revisit something that brought Ross and I so much joy to fundraise in his memory. I'm cycling 99 miles over the month (one mile for every point Liverpool gained in 19/20) and will be sharing some of my best memories of Ross (one for each cycle) as I go. 

He's definitely up there cringing at this season's performances so I know he'll be more than happy to revisit a better one with me!
