Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm running the Cardiff Half Marathon this October for an amazing charity that helps so many men around Wales who suffer from Prostate Cancer.

2547 are diagnosed and 550 men pass away each year from the disease in Wales alone so let's help spread awareness.
