Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

As part of my Bat Mitzvah year I am doing some sponsored activities to raise money for my brother Daniel's basketball team, Herts Ravens. Herts Ravens is an inclusive basketball team affiliated with the Special Olympics and All England Basketball. They are working to break new ground in special needs basketball and aim to create the best competitive and fun atmosphere possible for the athletes.  Daniel absolutely loves basketball and Herts Ravens has given him the chance to train weekly and play in tournaments. Herts Ravens are currently trying to raise funds to pay for transport to their tournament in Sheffield in June. I would like to help raise that money so that Daniel and his team can go and take part.

I will be doing my own triathalon: a full day sponsored silence (my mum is really looking forward to that) a sponsored trampolining afternoon and a sponsored dog walk (feel free to join me with or without your dog). All of these events will be during the May half term. If you feel you can sponsor me just a small amount I know it will help Daniel and Herts Ravens travel to the tournament.

Thank you

love Amber-Jade x

PS Please put Herts Ravens in your comment box with any message so that the money goes to the team.
