on the run up to the final of galaxy in March 2020 I will be raising money for the Christie charity from  raffles, events/challenges.

This year I am dedicating my Galaxy journey to two brave boys Damary Dankins age 13 who was in my year at school and Micky Bennett age 12 who's family are friends with my family. Both boys are from Dagenham both had leukaemia which is a cancer of the body's blood forming tissues.  sadly the boys passed away within weeks of each other. If I win the title I will use my role to tell people their story and raise money to support other family's that are going through this horrible disease.

Being part of the galaxy family we are encourage to help raise money for the Christie charity for a range of projects and initiatives. All of which are above and beyond what the nhs provide enabling to give patients the best care and treatment possible. the Christie is one of Europe's leading cancer centres, treating over 40.000 patients a year.
