St John's Hospice, Lancaster

The Hospice is set in beautiful surroundings on the North side of and opened in 1985 since opening they have grown and developed a wide range of services and support for those facing issues around the end of life.

They care for patients and their families and carers across north , south and parts of north .

I am taking part in the 9 mile moonlight walk on the 5th of June to raise money for this very deserving charity, please give generously to help the hospice continue to provide care and continue to modernize its facilities. The money from this years Moonlight walk will go towards phase 3. A family bedroom with en-suite bathroom is to be built next to the ward. This will allow a patients family the option of staying close by during the final stages of their loved ones life.
