Story
In 2014 my Twin Sister Deb was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). There are many forms of MND but on average people have between 2 and 10 years life expectancy following the diagnosis. Fortunately for my sister her MND is progressing slowly but in the near future she will need the support and care given by the MND Association. Money raised will hopefully help with further research into this disease.
I am going to take part in the CRO Inglebrough Challenge 12 Mile Trail on May 19th. CRO is the Cave/Mountain organisation based at Clapham in North Yorkshire. I will be raising money for both MND and CRO on the day.
CRO search and rescue team is made up of local cavers, climbers and walkers. Providing a highly skilled service in the Three Peaks and Malhamdale areas of the Yorkshire Dales. The team, estabished in 1935, is entirely reliant on public donations and is on call 24x7.
Your support in my fundraising would be greatly appreciated.
