On Sunday 1st April 2012 I am running the Paddock Wood Half Marathon, my aim is to raise some funds for the Help for Heroes Charity which supports our brave men and women who put their lives on the line everyday in war torn areas like Afghanistan... it also helps rehabilitate the injured and wounded on their return.

My nephew served in Afghanistan, and thankfully came home to us all safe and sound, so this is a cause close to my heart and you only have to watch the news and see the TV programs to know how brave our soldiers are and the horrors they face daily and the challenges they face on their return.

What I am doing is nothing compared to what they do .... Please help me support them ...
