On Sunday morning the 16th October the dark cloud hanging over Wales following our exit from the RWC was lifted on the streets of Cardiff and through some glorious Autumnal sunshine. My daughter Emma and I joined 15,000 fellow runners and wheel chair athletes to plod the streets of the Capital. At the start Emma soon disappeared in the distance, my soul concern was putting one foot in front of another and seeing the 13miles + through.

I happy to confirm that I finished the race in 1hour 44minutes and 47seconds.
