Free Mental Health HR Policy, 30 November 2019

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The first Wednesday in November each year is National Stress Awareness Day, and as you know here at Altum HR we are incredibly passionate about all aspects of mental health in the workplace.

Did you know that in 2018 statistics show that work is the most common cause of stress for UK adults, with 59% experiencing it?

Today stress and mental health are one of the most significant HR issues faced by UK employers, and that is why we want to raise as much awareness as possible by highlighting stress in the workplace and the implications for its employers if left unaddressed.

To continue raising awareness about this incredibly important subject, we want to help as many businesses as we can and make information and policies easily accessible wherever possible.

All businesses should have a Mental Health Policy in place; however, we know that a considerable proportion does not.

To combat this for the duration of November, we will be offering a Mental Health Policy to businesses for free if they make a donation of (a minimum) £20 to the Warrington Wolves Foundation to support the incredible work that they do.

For a donation of just £20 (usual price £150), you will receive a FREE Mental Health Policy that you can adapt to your business. 100% of Funds will be donated to Warrington Wolves Foundation to support the Offload Mental Health Programme and Mental Health First Aid Training.

Once you have made your donation, you will receive a link directing you to claim your free Mental Health Policy Template Download. A member of the team will then verify your donation and be in touch to send over your template.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
