As you are aware, Cardiff Blues Supporters' Club have been raising money for Ty Hafan for the past two seasons and to continue this great tradition, we have entered a team to compete in the upcoming It's a Knockout event on Sunday 24 July. Please give generously to this fantastic cause!

It’s a Knockout will involve competitive team games and activities. Each game will include either diving through or over a giant inflated obstacle, tip toeing through tropical pools or sliding on a slippery mat. The It’s a Knockout team will bring giant inflatables each of a different design and each with it’s own specially designed end backdrop. The games are designed that not just the fastest and fittest will always win the game; thought and skill are also required.

Tŷ Hafan offers comfort, care and support for life-limited children and young people and is dedicated to improving the quality of life for the whole family. This comfort and support extends out of the hospice and reaches right into the heart of the family home, and is completely free of charge to the families in Wales who need it.

Tŷ Hafan was established in 1999 and since then has helped over 400 families, who live the dreadful reality that their children with life-limiting conditions may not reach the age of 19.

Children suffer from various conditions, such as Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, Cystic Fibrosis and Celebral Palsy. Some children are diagnosed at birth; others receive no diagnosis or at some point the decision maybe made to stop treatment. As you can imagine, families often feel shocked, confused and isolated. But they are not alone, there is a helping hand and it's called Tŷ Hafan.
