Story
My hair grows easily, and I don't think I appreciate it as much as I should, always scraped back in a ponytail. It's time again to give it to someone who needs it. Little Princess Trust gives real-hair wigs to children suffering from cancer or alopecia. Help me to also defray the cost to the charity for one of the wigs, 350.00. Bought privately, it could cost a family 2000.00 to get one for their child.
I get my hair trimmed once a year, whether it needs it or not. Hair grows about 6 inches a year and currently mine is 22 inches long. I'm trying to be really brave and cut it rather short. The more you donate, the shorter I'll go (not shaved - I've got a scalp to confuse a phrenolgist). I've got some style ideas up on Pinterest. To me, it's only hair. It grows back. For a number of children, it doesn't. Help them to fit in at school, and to forget the pain of their disease for a while.
