On Friday 19th March, we are competing in a
"Strictly Charity Dancing" event at our son's school. This fundraising black tie occasion has been organised by a teacher at the school, herself a former dance champion, to raise to raise funds for
The Cure Parkinson's Trust (in memory of her husband Dennis Udell, former Ballroom Dancing World Champion).
In just 9 sessions, she has sought to transform groups of students, teachers and parents into polished performers of the Waltz and the Cha-Cha-Cha. On Friday we have to face the judges, including Karen Hardy of the BBC’s "Strictly Come Dancing" fame, in a competition compered by James Goodman (son of Len).
We should be delighted if you felt able to sponsor our participation in the competition.
