Dementia has sadly effected our families and friends, seeing loved-ones disappear right in front of you.
Myself, Jacqueline and Amanda have decided to raise money to help fight this horrible disease.
For one week in June we will walk coast to coast - 130 miles, Helensburgh to Dunbar.
We will average out at 14-16miles a day with a Cycle for one day in the middle to cover 30 miles
This challenge will be hard but compared to what day to day life is like living with this disease it’s nothing.
