I will be walking the 17 miles between my late Grandad's house to Forth Valley Hospital and back to mark the 1st Anniversary since his passing. I was extremely close to my Grandad, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's around 10 years before he passed, and still struggle everyday to get over loosing him. I don't think you ever get over loosing someone you just learn how to deal with it better. This will be my second event raising money for Alzheimer Scotland and hope to make it as successful as my last. The work the charity does is vital to help those diagnosed and their families cope with this terrible disease
