My nieces Stephanie and Esther both suffer from the debilitating condition Lupus.  They are beautiful girls who rarely complain about the severe pain they are in or indeed the exhaustion they suffer from day in day out.  Lupus manifests itself in so many ways and whilst they both have the same condition the effect is different for them both.  Their strength in dealing with the condition is just amazing and I feel so helpless in being able to help them.  Doing this challenge will exhaust me, but it will come no where near what they deal with every day.  With your support and donations I'm aiming to raise money for the charity which is always there for them and my sister, Hazel and has been their rock for the last 12 years.
