Story
On Saturday I'm going for a first for me - completing a 10K run. It's fair to say my commitment to running since the start of the pandemic has been sporadic. I've done a few Races for Life in the past, was inspired to do the NHS 5K last year and kept it up over last summer. Then winter hit, and more lockdowns and I just lost motivation….but in the last few months I decided to kick it into gear again. So, in the run up to yet another biggish birthday I set myself the challenge of doing 10K. And of course in taking part in the Town & Gown I can hopefully raise some money for Muscular Dystrophy too.
